I initially invested in the Santi Program for myself in 2005 & found it invaluable for my business & personal goals. At the time I was struggling with a relatively new business & working very much ‘in’ the business & not ‘on’ it.
The Santi Programme covers every aspect of managing a successful business from the financial planning to the marketing, setting of standards & team management.
For me personally, the programme gave me the confidence & knowledge to step back from my business to look at the big picture & how to improve it. I started to approach many issues such as the strategic planning of where I wanted my business to grow to & this enabled me to take the business forward to the next level.
Then in 2009 I wanted to further grow the business but at the same time to work independently of it, to pursue some other projects. I decided to invest in the Santi Programme for a team member, to help them to develop their management skills & if successful, potentially promote them into a management role. Throughout the year specific targets for the business & the team member were set & what we achieved was fantastic! My team member went from strength to strength & with my own and Susie’s support & guidance has, at the beginning of this year, been successfully promoted to Salon Manager. This allows me to step back from the business (with the peace of mind that it’s being well looked after!) & pursue other goals.
Financially, what we achieved was phenomenal! By focusing on improving retail sales through Susie coaching, we achieved a 250% increase in this area, from the previous year. Our overall profit increased by £22k too, which in the current climate is an amazing result!
Susie’s approach as a coach & mentor is truly inspiring, she motivated and encouraged me to create results in my business that without her guidance & support I feel would not have been achieved.
