WHAT IS THE SANTI LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME?
Members are invited to attend six high-intensity one-day networking seminars during the year, held approximately every eight weeks to pace the learning and provide time between each seminar to apply the knowledge and skills acquired. It is a closed-membership format, which means that members start together in January and attend all of the seminars, networking with likeminded people, sharing and swapping experiences and business knowledge, in confidence, and with mutual support.
It is not possible for non-members to access this highly-acclaimed Leadership Programme on an ad-hoc, "pick & mix" basis - it is designed for people who are completely committed to personal and commercial development and change, whilst they continue to work in their businesses.
Members must attend all six seminars to complete the Programme. This is not a passive course - time and energy are required to over the year to achieve their goals.

These seminars are always at the beginning of the week, to make it easier for members to attend. Members can choose one of our three locations: London, Manchester or Dublin.
At each seminar, members receive an interactive reference manual, plus a "how-to" workbook that will build to become their "Santi bible", to help apply the business strategies given and to provide practical support.
One of the strengths of The Santi Leadership Programme is that Susie has managed both large (150 staff), and smaller (20 staff) salons and spa businesses, so she appreciates what it’s like to work in as well as on the business. She understands the challenge of dealing with the dayto-day pressures, whilst at the same time trying to plan for the future and take the business to the next level.
So, throughout the year Susie provides unlimited, confidential email mentoring support to her members, to help them progress between each seminar. Santi members are also offered the opportunity to bring a guest from their business to each seminar, where appropriate, for an additional day guest fee.
