THE DISTANCE LEARNING SANTI LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
Members around the world can now enjoy this unique leadership programme via a Distance Learning format. This online and telephone mentoring programme was created by Susie Santiago for those members unable to attend the seminars in the UK.
What is the Distance Learning Santi Leadership Programme ?
This highly flexible Distance Learning Programme is designed to give confidence, control and inspiration to international spa and salon managers and owners. It can be started at anytime during the year. The programme is designed to be worked through in structured manner, across a year - however this year can be condensed where appropriate and after consultation with Susie.
How does it work?
There are six modules in the programme, which as the course develops, will develop into your final Santi manual and "how-to" workbook.
The modules include:

The modules will be sent by email to the Santi member approximately every 8 weeks. This gives time to read the manual, absorb the information, compile a list of questions to discuss with Susie on the one-hour coaching calls.
Included in the programme are twelve one-hour coaching calls to Susie, and these coaching calls will be pre-arranged to suit the Santi member. These calls are to discuss the programme content, application and any other related matters, so that Susie is able to give personal and professional support to the member as they work through the programme.
Members must finish all six modules to complete the Programme. This is not a passive course - time and energy are required to over the year to achieve their goals.
One of the strengths of the Santi Leadership Programme is that Susie has managed both large (150 staff), and smaller (20 staff) salons and businesses, so she appreciates what it’s like to work in as well as on the business.
She understands the challenge of dealing with the day-to-day pressures of running the business, whilst at the same time trying to plan for the future and take the business to the next level.
So, throughout the year Susie provides unlimited, confidential email mentoring support to her members, to help them between each seminar.

WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT?
The investment is £3540 (+ vat where applicable) for the Distance Learning Santi Leadership Programme, payable at commencement of the course.
