In 2001 Amanda took the step to buy a large disused Chapel and converted it into a super salon re branding her business THE CHAPEL. The concept was developed and brought together as THE CHAPEL R-E-S-T Concept providing Relaxation, Education, Service and treatments Tailored to the individual.

Sally started her career in the marketing and graphic design industry. Within a few short years, she became marketing manager at Patrick Eggle Guitars and her management role extended into the areas of production and administration control. In 1996, Sally started her own company, Paper Alchemy, specialising in wedding stationery and design. The business grew steadily and as the market changed, Sally also changed the focus of the business to match. As demand outgrew her company's ability to supply, she set up a new company, 'Find-me-a-gift.com' and built the infrastructure for a state-of-the-art e-commerce business that very quickly escalated to a successful dot com company incorporating the wedding side of Paper Alchemy.

In 2000, Sally's sister, Amy was making the difficult decision of how to begin expansion of her own beauty business, Esqué, and the two discussed the benefits of working together. By 2001, Sally had passed control of Find-me-a-gift.com to the management team there (the company is still going strong) and made the decision to step into Esqué as part owner and manager.

In the 6 years Sally had been running Esqué, it has grown from 2 treatment rooms to 12 and from 3 staff to 18. Turnover has increased 430% (and growing) and the business has won many awards, including 'UK Salon of the Year' at the 2006 British Beauty and Spa awards.
