Susie Santiago, the founder of Santi, is a highly acclaimed business mentor, inspirational coach, speaker, and presenter of the hugely successful Santi Leadership Programme.
As a result of working in a number of different industries, Susie brings a wealth of management experience and skills to benefit her clients. Susie has over 15 years in the health, beauty and spa industry, as General Manager at Harrods Hair and Beauty Salon, an executive search and recruitment consultant in the health, leisure and beauty sectors, and the opening consultant to many award winning spa and salons.
Susie has been a speaker at ISPA, a judge for UK and European spa and beauty awards, and organises & hosts international spa and salon industry events and conferences. Her previous experience also includes:
- Ten years of area management experience within the fast food sector
- Corporate PR consultant, Burston Marsteller
- BA in graphic design, MA in design management
- HCITB teacher training
